Yamaha MOTIFRACK Tone Generator Module

Anyone who has used the Yamaha MOTIF keyboards can attest to the crisp sound and incredible effects of this great synth. Hearing our requests and delivering, Yamaha has produced the MOTIFRACK for those of us who could deal with a few less keyboards in our lives.

In a nutshell, the MOTIFRACK is basically the MOTIF keyboard with 2 additional Preset Voice Banks and 256 User Editable Vocies (Twice as many as the MOTIF keyboard). MOTIF keyboard voices can also be loaded into the MOTIFRACK via MIDI. The expanded 128 note polyphony and effect insert options are also a nice touch not found in the MOTIF keyboards. In the 16 part multi-timbral mode, the MOTIFRACK offers 4 voices with their own 3 band eq.

The 6 outputs (stereo set and 4 individual outs) are a very nice touch, as well as coaxial and optical digital outs. There's also some interesting software bundled with the MOTIFRACK which allows the user to have nearly infinite control over the voice editing and MIDI capabilities. The MOTIFRACK also comes with 5-pin DIN as well as USB MIDI connectivity. There's also a nice big LCD display to keep this powerful synth from being an editing nightmare.
